IT'S NOT ALWAYS ABOUT ME
A year of grief, which I do not recommend, has sent me down a warren of rabbit holes.
I emphasise the grief part because it's what eventually led me here.
But it’s the silly, messy, ditzy side of me that has somehow kept my head above water as I continue to see the world through a completely different lens.

Before I begin, I need to let you know that sometimes I need to talk about the heavy stuff — bereavement, that C word, and loss.
If there is such a thing as a soulmate, he took my heart when he slipped away.
It’s a topic that still sits uncomfortably with me, because I write to forget, but it needs to be said.

Hell knows. 🙃
Well, that’s the thing. I’m not entirely sure yet.
Basically, it’s a collection of whatever floats my boat. My contradiction slip-ups, chats to keep me out of mischief, perhaps a little journal for the grandkiddies one day of a grandmother and her silly ways. So, I guess that’s usually where the rabbit holes begin.

So, what is this blog actually about?
Hell knows. 🙃

And yes, before you ask — I know Thingamebob is spelt incorrectly. That's what my spell checker tells me. Anyway, it's deliberate, mostly.
With that finally said, come on in. It’s going to be a bumpy ride.
